compensation and exchange

i use the  plus sign (+) on my posted fees to indicate that i am open to clients offering abundant exchanges. these are rates that surpass my standard fees. 

as a practitioner, i hope that my rates both acknowledge my expertise while taking into account that seekers and clients have access to a range of financial resources. 

if you are securely and joyfully able to, please consider an abundant exchange.  this supports me in not only being compensated for my work, but also allows me space to offer a reduced equity exchange to members of historically and presently marginalized communities. 

i believe in the power of the people to return to a barter economy. if you are a spiritual practitioner, i am happy to discuss an exchange of our skills or products of comparable value. these practices are foundational to our economic liberation and i look forward to co-creating a more just world with you.
